Our Story

We are a small group private practice that has been offering individual, family and couples counseling in Jerseyville, Illinois since 2016. We offer individual counseling for children, adolescents and adults. We all have experience working in non-profit organizations or schools before entering private practice, and we wanted to bring mental health services to our local communities after seeing more and more services leave the area. We have a wide range of experience performing counseling on various topics such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, attachment, adoption, trauma, impulse control disorders, stress management, grief and loss, and parenting. We enjoy working with ages 3 years old and up.
