Individual Therapy
Whether its a life change, traumatic experience, relationship issue, grief, anxiety, depression or another mental health illness individual counseling can help. In individual therapy you will work one-on-one with a counselor on the goals that you set with your counselor. Sessions will focus on these goals and you and your counselor will work to implement change in your daily life so that you can have a more fulfilling, healthier experience.
All four counselors have vast experience working individually with adolescents and adults. We enjoy working with clients individually to help you improve areas of your life that may be hard for you. Our individual sessions follow many different frameworks which may include EMDR, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectal behavior therapy and much more.
